These Terms and Conditions cover all courses delivered by George Reid and Linda Reid - The B&B Mentors (The Company), Glangwili Mansion, Llanllawddog, Carmarthen, SA32 7JE. A copy will be sent to the participants with the Booking Form.
Booking a Course
Please contact us by telephone or email to enquire on the availability of a course.
The course fee covers all training, course materials, 2 nights accommodation at Glangwili Mansion and meals as specified in the course details.
Upon application, a Provisional Booking is made and a Registration Form will be emailed to you.
Your place on a course will be secured when we receive your Deposit and Registration Form.
At that point a contract will be sent out to you by post with details of the Course dates / timings.
Payment for The B&B Mentors Courses
To secure a place on a course, a deposit of £200 is required with a completed Registration Form. This deposit is due within 7 days of a Provisional Booking.
Payments can be made either by BACS transfer.
The remainder of the course fee will be due 14 days before the day of arrival by BACS transfer.
Cancellation Policy / Refunds
Refunds will not be given unless cancellation is at the request of ‘The Company’.
In the unlikely event of course cancellation by ‘the Company’, any monies held as a deposit will be returned in full, if attendance at a future course cannot be agreed.
In the event of client cancellation, the booking can be transferred to another course at a future date, providing notification is given at least four weeks in advance of the start date of the original course, and the new date is agreed at the time of cancellation.
No refunds will be given and no transfers accepted for any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
Any changes made to bookings by attendees may incur an administration charge of £25.
George and Linda Reid of The B&B Mentors (the Company) reserve the right to alter the content, date and time of the programme.
Intellectual Property Rights
‘The Company’ own the intellectual rights to all course materials and would ask that course participants do not copy or share the content without our prior written consent.
